Washington Plaza Apartments is an existing 9-story, 76 unit apartment building built in 1971. This occupied renovation included complete replacement of the exterior wall and glazing assemblies, transformation of all units and common areas, expansion of the community spaces, a full seismic retrofit, and replacement of all MEP systems. 

The addition of design-build roof-top solar-photovoltaic and solar-thermal systems provided significant energy upgrades to the property as well.
